I began at Virginia Trane as an Install Technician in 2004 with the ERG/TKY group and worked with some great leaders along the way, in 2009 I began a new journey with Trane and I now work in the Performance Contracting group as a Construction Superintendent/APM on large scale projects with the average job being in the 5-20M range and lasting roughly 1 to 1.5 years. I manage MEP contractors in addition to Controls, all general construction trades and all types of Energy Service contractors. I'm very strong in Customer Service and enjoy building lifelong partnerships with customers/colleagues. I've also been a part of two particular projects that won the "Project of the Year" award (North America) & the "Governors Award". I take exceptional pride in "doing what's right" and have a high level of integrity.Below are links to two jobs, as discussed above that I was involved in during the pre construction period, as well as being in charge of the daily supervision.https://www.dmme.virginia.gov/DE/LinkDocuments/DMV_Richmond.pdfhttps://www.dmme.virginia.gov/DE/LinkDocuments/EPC/VirginiaDepartment_of_ForensicScience.pdf
