  Plan and coordinate materials in order to supply the necessary needs for the wrokflow of the manufacutring operations. Communicate with all departments and operations to ensure timely and accurate receipt of prodcuts and to resolve any order discrepancies. Review and submit daily production usage of raw and packaging materials. Review final production schedule for next day, verifie in-house quantities of raw materials and ensure all release requests are placed per the materials coordinator for the following day. Create and recieve purchases orders. Schedule and plan process orders for the bakery. Create, release, confirm and TECO process orders in SAP.
