Blanca's title is "VP of Customer Success" and she wholeheartedly lives up to that title. Since my firm became a client of hers, she has bent over backwards to provide outstanding customer service to me. Every time I call or email her with a dumb question she is more than patient and provides tools and resources to help me be successful. An absolute joy to work with! Should she ever move to Arizona, I would recommend that my employer hire her immediately, even if they have figure out her job duties later.
