This role goes above and beyond that of a regular tutor. With extensive training, I apply proven methods that address all areas of a student’s learning - from content knowledge to home life - with the goal of empowering students to become lifelong learners. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills; holistic tutoring is all about trust and reliability. This role goes above and beyond that of a regular tutor. I returned to the Warehouse in a full-time position over the summer. This role required extensive customer service. I regularly had to employ conflict resolution skills to resolve issues. Overseeing the department’s high-value returns, trust, teamwork, and leadership were also vital. I returned to the Warehouse in a full-time position over the summer. Following my commitment over the summer, I was offered a contract extension to remain at The Warehouse. I worked in a number of customer-facing roles in this position, including checkouts, shop floor, and technology. Adaptability, problem-solving, and a give-it-a-go attitude were essential in this position which saw me build shelves, process sales, and file paperwork within the same hour.
