CIS assists them in assessing, developing and implementing, and resolving emergent and non- emergent calls. The CIS provides feedback and debriefing following calls and assists the Crisis Supervisor in the evaluations of the Phone Workers. Duties included HR/Recruitment, training, monthly supervision, quality Insurance of resident reports & paperwork, scheduling, making sure staff & facility is following policy & procedures, skills coaching in staff & residents, crisis de-escalation, attending & providing input in clinical meetings, giving daily feedback, providing coverage on units to supervise residents, etc. Show less
