Blake is amazing visionary, always striving for the cutting edge, best practice, and innovation that improves business practices and principles. Although I have been around the corporate sector, a long time, it was Blake, who introduced me to an EOS, from the States which streamlined the business practices in my organisation. As his client, he has always been open to sharing, and improving on existing systems, for the best outcome for both the client and the vendor. I appreciate in Blake, his genuine interest, authenticity and humanity that I have witnessed with both his clients and staff, however mostly amazed at his compassionate leadership, which is rare in someone of his age. For those looking for an OnHire software company, with a leadership that is focussed on a

Xeople is a new People platform - that was a dream that my business partner and I started building back in 2020. Now ready to be launched in 2023 it's first steps will be into Recruitment, with a lightweight, hyper configurable SaaS ATS and CRM following in the footsteps of Entire OnHire, but the long term aspirations are a digitised world of workers. Watch this space... as we are going to blend work and fun like never before. Xeople is a new People platform - that was a dream that my business partner and I started building back in 2020. 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐈 𝐃𝐎: I bring my love of systems to temporary recruitment and staffing software, from a business owner's perspective. I empower modern Australian staffing companies, migrating them from paper-based, legacy or other industry software's onto our modern platform. 🏆: My passion has culminated in the foundation of a transformational staffing system for Australian Labour Hire - Entire OnHire➤𝑻𝑬𝑺𝑻𝑰𝑴𝑶𝑵𝑰𝑨𝑳:“Entire OnHire is single best relationship I have had with any supplier, ever.”- George Richards: Managing Director at Tradewind Australia𝐖𝐇𝐘 𝐖𝐄 𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐃𝐈𝐅𝐅𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐓: Having worked in a growing and evolving Recruitment Agency, we knew first hand the massive pain points and "growth stoppers" that limited us from taking our temporary recruitment business to the next level. 𝐒𝐎𝐅𝐓𝐖𝐀𝐑𝐄 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐋𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐈𝐒 𝐒𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐘: Having worked in and with dozens of labour hire and staffing businesses I know that the fast turnover of staff coupled with pressures of weekly payrolls makes migration to a new software system one of the most daunting processes for any owner or business director. 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐓 𝐅𝐎𝐋𝐋𝐎𝐖𝐒 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐃𝐔𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐓𝐘:Once you migrate to a modern, high tech system your productivity will increase. The original business we first implemented eventually begun to double year upon year in annual revenue, and continues to grow exponentially today.𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞 OnHire 𝐃𝐈𝐅𝐅𝐄𝐑𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄: It that it is Temporary Staffing Software designed and built by Australian Staffing Agency experts, Recruitment Agency business owners and real everyday staffing software users, rather than a software company. ✅ 𝐋𝐀𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐇𝐈𝐑𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐁𝐋𝐄𝐌𝐒 𝐖𝐄 𝐒𝐎𝐋𝐕𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐍𝐄𝐂𝐓𝐄𝐃 𝐒𝐘𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐌𝐒: Many larger labour-hire companies operate in multiple industries, needing to operate multiple software's to run each business. This makes accurate comprehensive reporting impossible.𝐕𝐎𝐋𝐔𝐌𝐄 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐃𝐀𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐒: “We can handle long term placements ok, but the large projects with quick turnarounds are difficult to coordinate. We simply can’t quickly fill a project of over 100 people with compliant staff."𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐔𝐀𝐋 𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄𝐒𝐇𝐄𝐄𝐓𝐒: Timesheet Capturing is often a paper and email based nightmare, resulting in consistent time theft and disagreements with clients. This means hours of manual data entry and has major cash flow ramifications. ✅ 𝐂𝐋𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐄𝐒𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐒𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐂𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐑𝐔𝐓𝐇: Entire Recruit technology streamlines multiple brands, logos, industries, skills, awards and workflows into one fluid database. The All-in-One software empowers reporting that is accurate, real-time and measurable as part of a whole connected system.𝐑𝐀𝐏𝐈𝐃 𝐕𝐎𝐋𝐔𝐌𝐄 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐆: Entire Recruit’s patented mobile app for workers means any project can be instantly filled with compliant, available and ready to work staff. Filled shifts auto-update your internal project schedule - cutting out hundreds of calls, emails and texts.𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄𝐒𝐇𝐄𝐄𝐓 𝐀𝐔𝐓𝐎𝐌𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍: With Tap on/off functionality, your staff can log their arrival on-site for you. This automatically records the shift time to a digital timesheet, verified by their GPS location that feeds directly to payroll.💬 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐂𝐋𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 𝐒𝐀𝐘"Entire Recruit is our end to end recruitment software, and we are so glad it is. They have a customer centric approach to their business and they have developed a fantastic end to end labour hire software solution. Their package means we will never need to consider any other software. Stephen Jolly, CEO - Complete Staff Solutions Show less

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐈 𝐃𝐈𝐃: Whilst at University I continued to work part time in the family business. I was lucky spend time with the CEO and COO learning how to grow existing staffing agency business through account development and negotiations with customers. In addition I was able to use my strong copy writing skills to help in securing new business through writing tenders and learning how to strategically create pricing structures for maximum profitability of the nursing workforce.Later on I was lucky enough to part of improving the internal business processes through the creation of a new software of a brand new custom made software. Designed as an complete ERP system specifically for an Australian staffing business. Having worked in the Agency Recruiter role and having a keen interest in systems, processes and efficiency I was involved in the design phase of several screens especially in the recruitment module of the software (now Entire OnHire). Here I started to find my love of efficiency and understanding of people psychology both combined exceptionally well with with the Multimedia Design Masters I was studying at the time. This started my love of technology products which would come to fruition later.Once the software was designed it had to be implemented. That first software implementation was very much a learning experience and a pilot project, assisting the Project Lead with the data migration from our existing of our current staffing database to a new system. The new software had many different features and modules which were continuously being enhanced as we deployed the system (the Agile Method of development). These new developments included a Client Portal for Nursing Homes and Hospitals and a world first; A mobile app for casual labour hire agency staff to input their availability, manage their shifts and submit timesheets digitals. The first App was for iPhone apps which were only a few years old at the time, Android following soon after. Show less

𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐈 𝐃𝐈𝐃: After I finished High School and alongside University and other casual roles I did Recruitment part time for the family nursing agency. The core requirement here was calling, screening, interviewing, onboarding nurses and carers with the key outcome to ensuring a high quality of nurses and carers were brought into the business. Despite studying a business degree and having no interest in HR I found recruitment was a role I really enjoyed. I had several awesome mentors who taught me how to "pick a diamond in the rough" and in addition talking with strangers and helping them feel comfortable was something that naturally made me a high-performing interviewer. The other side of recruitment (the data entry piece) was not something that came naturally to me yet was critical in getting activations of new employees quickly. Temp staffing is crazy competitive when it comes to securing quality candidates so the faster you can onboard a new staff member and allocate them shifts the more likely they become a long term worker for the business. It was lucky I was a touch typer otherwise it's unlikely I would of lasted in this role otherwise. This role slowly moved over from a highly paper based role to a more digitised one, and eventually crossed over with the implementation of the new custom built software system. This meant I experienced first hand the pain of running multiple software systems and managing duplicate data sets for employees both before and during the migration process. I then had to re-enter all this data into the shift allocation and payroll database. Even small mistakes in either area meant huge errors in scheduling noncompliant workers into shifts or paying (or not paying) people who had worked. I really hated this aspect of the role which was why I picked up more hours in different businesses doing simple retail sales.I credit this role immensely for my ability to headhunt and secure quality talent for my businesses today. 𝐖𝐇𝐀𝐓 𝐈 𝐃𝐈𝐃: As a teenager in-between other casual roles I worked across multiple departments in the small but growing family nursing agency business. Performed most admin jobs required around the office ironically due to lack of a good quality systems. Examples include; assisting recruiters with enrolling their candidates into the software, calling nurses to ask for their weekly availability (only to have it change soon as I hung up the phone) and entering them, adjusting nurse and carer skill sets in the staffing software database so they could be allocated efficiently, confirming shift schedules and placements were correct for payroll, scanning timesheets through to payroll, photocopying nurse registrations, licences and certificates, creating paper onboarding packs for every new hired nurses, printing timesheet books and of course sorting massive stacks of paper every day. If there was an odd job to be done in done in a recruitment and staffing agency I did it! Show less

I worked numerous casual jobs alongside the ongoing ad-hoc work at the family nursing agency business. - Washed dishes before being promoted to making pizzas at the local Italian Restaurant - Travelled to Canada on a Gap Year skiing and sold sport shoes at Footlocker - Sold cheap casual clothes, fancy men's suit shoes and then quality sporting goods at 3 different large retailers in FMCG (one of which went into Administration whilst I was there). - Coached high school sports and ran a first nations kids youth sport program. I credit these with giving me a wide range of experience with different environments, people and also with crappy technology. In addition I got some great training on direct customer sales which is still an incredibly valuable skill I utilise today. Finally I found out what a great boss sounds, looks and acts like on a consistent basis, and on the flipside I discovered how poor leadership can literally bankrupt a company in less than a year. Perhaps most importantly I learned what motivated me and what I never wanted to do again. (Everyone's first job should be washing dishes in a busy kitchen for a few hours far as I'm concerned).
