Non Conformance Reports – Writes NCRs on Nonconforming products, Investigates root cause, helps develop disposition and proposed corrective action. When there are habitual non-conformance's, issuing the CAR (Corrective Action Report), and storing the data electronically. 4. Rejuvenating 5S- implementing 5S at the Logan Facility. Writing documents for 5S, 5S training, placing purchase requisitions for 5s materials. Ensuring that 5S is being executed throughout the facility, aiming to drive out waste from the manufacturing process, and ultimately improve a company’s bottom line by improving products and services, and lowering costs. 5. Calibration of tools- working with all Logan tools and employee tools of measurement, and making sure that each tool is calibrated and documented for use, storing data electronically. 6. Training: Building power point presentations and, giving training for various duties in Quality Control/ Quality assurance, Safety, and Inspection. 7. Auditing- Performing in house and vendor process audits, and safety audits, documenting and reporting results. 8. Safety Boards- maintain the safety board’s for time lost due to injury 9. Writing ITP’s. 10. Attends weekly production meetings, project walk through, and safety walks, and determining risk throughout facility to comply with ISO 9001:2015 standards. Also, to maintain work schedule for on time delivery of product or services 11. Writing SOP’s and local work instructions for Shipping/Receiving, Machine Shop, Fab Shop, Cylinder Shop, Assembly Shop, and Pump Shop to comply with ISO 9001:2015 standards, and QMS/QMSP.
