Aside from working with customers at the registers, I was also tasked with examining, getting price quotes for, and testing out items and merchandise that were brought into our store by customers. In June of 2016, I was promoted to a shift supervisor on staff, and from there I learned many things that encompassed managing the company's registers and safe, taking inventory of stock, and being a role model to my fellow co-workers. Most importantly, I was taught how to manage an entire shift of workers. After many more months of hard work, I was once again promoted to trainer, where after thoroughly studying our employee handbook, I coached multiple trainees on all of our policies and procedures. This helped me develop my skill of multitasking and keeping tabs on everyone that was on my shifts. I also worked as a repair technician on small electronics such as controllers and handheld game systems during a large portion of my time here.
