  Mr. Nealey is an Environmental Consultant and a member of the Commercial Real Estate group in GaiaTech’s Atlanta office. At GaiaTech, Mr. Nealey performs Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), and compliance reviews at commercial and industrial sites nationwide for a variety of transactions including refinancing, insurance, property transfers, and mergers and acquisitions. He is responsible for producing written and verbal reports after conducting facility inspections, conducting site-specific and regulatory research, and reviewing environmental database reports. His duties also include evaluating compliance and impact issues with respect to local, state, and federal regulations including storm water, wastewater, waste generation/disposal, air emissions, asbestos, and chemical reporting.
