Supervise and mentor nursing directors at each location to ensure that interdisciplinary care is being provided, and that we have supportive services for our staff. Ensure that we are providing a comprehensive service level and that staff have clear direction in the performance of their duties including admission, discharge, transfer, revocation and provision of service to patients. 5. Responsible for achieving consistent performance within each location, and that hospice personnel stay current with clinical information and practices. 6. Maintain written service agreements with approved providers for services necessary to meet the needs of our patients and families. 7. Assure that policies and procedures are current with changing standards of care. 8. Participate in development and implementation of each location’s budget and financial goals, and communicate variances and issues with Vice President of Operations on a regular basis. 9. Responsible for integrating organizational and departmental objectives with specific programming and planning as evidenced by: a. Plan objectives based on cohesiveness with long range plans and coordination of goals and objectives of other departments. b.
