  Managed a great team of individuals and vendors (8 full time employees and 20 vendors). Team was responsible for all civil construction needs for drilling, completion & production operations as well as all water resourcing, ROW negotiations and surface damage payments. My Team worked with every discipline from leasing minerals through P&A of wells. Provided immediate support for some of the most complex issues and acted as subject matter expert regarding surface & mineral owner concerns, amicably negotiating resolutions and conclusions while accomplishing drilling, completion and production goals.
