I work with state andfederal entitlement program officials at all levels to coordinate the application and enrollment process. I serve as the spokesperson for the Advantage Program to internal corporate groups and the community at large, and have also appeared on television and radio. I am considered a subject matter expert on the Affordable Care Act, I’m an Indiana Certified Navigator, and I am able to explain complex matters in simple terms.I manage a staff of 25 and a budget of over $1 million. I have a strong sense of fiscal responsibility, and have managed my department under budget for the last 2 years. I have constructed and maintained an internal MS Access database, and am very proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
