After being hired as a part of the opening service team at Maison Pickle, I quickly rose to the responsibilities of Lead Server. My primary duties, beyond that of a customary Front Server, include; training new Front Servers and Back Servers, and ensuring service standards are being maintained. As a Bartender at Maison Pickle, I am responsible for reproducing around 20 house- specialty cocktails, as well as crafting classic cocktails, and maintaining a working knowledge of 100+ spirits, 15+ wines by the glass, and 10 rotating American craft beers on tap. Additionally, I am, on occasion, tasked with representing Maison Pickle and Pickle Hospitality at various events, such as Taste of the Upper West Side, Good Spirits, Good Beer, etc.
