Mr. Semenoff was the brand ambassador and CEO of (TruA*tionFl*x.com). **Sorry hijacked website...** He did extensive marketing of this company via the Twitter handle "@Flipbooks." It was the only company in the World with a patented flipbook featuring; four separate five-second clips, tare off coupons, numerous advertising spaces, as well as the ability to add scent & temporary tattoos. Flipbooks were an extremely effective marketing tool for direct marketing campaigns and fan incentives. Show less

Company Slogan for Beaver Contracting: "We get the damn job done!" A business that Mr. Semenoff entirely funded (over C$150,000) by himself and was very proud of! The GMC Topkick 4500 was the only 4X4 snow removal/delivery truck at Sun Peaks Ski Resort & the truck was ranked by others in the industry as the best in the province of British Columbia. A plethora of custom & upgraded features were added including DVD player with backup camera, pumping stereo, car alarm with starter & light bar. The truck also had a stainless steel sander, job-boxes & re-enforced plow. Just to name a few... He received 30+ contracts in under 30 days from homeowners & popular hotels. Within a few months he was also contracted by The Ministry of Transportation of BC to clear ALL the roads of the resort anytime it snowed. Extremely long days working usually 18hrs/day & only had time off if it didn't snow but very rewarding keeping the resort functioning for all it's visitors! :-) Show less

Built the Delta Sun Peaks, twice! (due to an unfortunate fire...) It has now been renamed the Sun Peaks Grand Hotel & Conference Centre. I was the first person hired by the general contractor. Began as a First Aid attendant & proceeded into a Rigger, and weekend site supervisor of up to 300 men. After the fire, I became a Tower Crane Operator and rebuilt the 5-Star hotel.
