Blair has supported our account for many years. During that time, we have implemented and improved our automation of our payroll systems and have added additional services like the HR and benefits platform. This is a task that is easier said than done. Under Blair's leadership, encouragement and guidance, we successfully migrated from a premise-based to hosted platform to an integrated ERP solution with the latest version of ADP's Web-based offering. This transition proved to eliminated countless hours of manual data entry savings time and increased accuracy with our benefit providers. Blair has continued to be key in helping us identify and implement a global solution (ADP's Streamline) to centralize and support TNS's global payroll and HR operation allowing us to improve, visibility, reporting and spend. Blair is a valuable resource who is always there to support us and our HR, Benefits and Payroll teams to improve our services to our internal customers.
