Blaire is one of those people that is true joy to work with -- both personally and professionally. She is hard-working, thoughtful, energetic and just generally pleasant to be around. Here is a little more about her background along with additional reasons she was a great addition to our team: - Blaire joined W2O (now Real Chemistry) early in her career and I watched her grow quickly in her roles, expertise and leadership. - She was able to work with autonomy in our fast-paced agency, leaned into every challenge with agility, and was proactive in driving her career path. - Blaire made an impact right away internally by identifying needs of the business and always went above and beyond in her deliverables to the B2C and B2B clients she worked with -- this led to her exposure early on in working closely with me and the majority of the executive leadership team on various communications, thought leadership, and marketing projects throughout her 6 years at W2O. - I always knew I could trust her and depend on her to provide value AND do so with a positive attitude. (regardless of the amount that was put on her plate.) - In many ways, she was like the "glue" for W2O marketing efforts, focused on maintaining strategic alignment cross-functionally while also identifying gaps, and driving projects forward. -She managed various internal comms/marketing initiatives and helped build the foundation or "launched" several of our programs that have thrived and continue to expand today. (Including websites, video series, newsletters, podcasts, strategic re-brands, PR/brand awareness initiatives, etc.)

I had the pleasure of working with Blaire during several events she managed for W2O. My company at the time provided several kinds of video production including live events, streamed events, interviews and on site event filming. It was A LOT! And Blaire was always our go to. Everything was planned out so very well and ran so smoothly. She worked her tail off to make sure we were taken care of and she smiled through even the most stressful situations. Blaire is motivated and has an energy that you want on your team.
