Currently on the negotiation team for both the pending NPDES permit application and the groundwater permit application. The team is responsible for supplying additional data or answering questions posed by the State's permit writers. Currently compliance manager for surface water, groundwater and stormwater discharges. Responsible for interpretation, and compliance assurance for the plant site. Responsible for property grade changes. The site is within a critical dune area and all land changes require a review by the State of Michigan. Additional permits are also required by Berrien County Soil and Erosion program. A working relation ship has been established with both agencies. Licensed Industrial and Construction Stormwater operator. Responsible for preparation of the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWP3). A licensed operator is required to perform semi-annual inspections of the plant site, and update the SWP3 annually. Show less
