These systems were catalogued in a database for application testing purposes to ensure Year 2000 compliancy. Internal Systems Project Manager, Atlantic Region October 1995 - November 1997 Reporting directly to the Vice-President, Atlantic Region, I managed a six-member team to support and purchase all the hardware and software for over 250 employees located in four separate offices around the Atlantic Provinces. This project had an annual budget of approximately $500,000. As well, I was responsible for setting the Information Technology strategy for the region. This involved writing the IT strategic plan, as well as keeping it current for all business ventures within the region.
