InterLinkSQ is a 200 hectare intermodal terminal and industrial precinct located 13km west of Toowoomba, Queensland. It features a rail terminal with nearly 3km of frontage to the current West Moreton Rail line and the proposed Inland Rail alignment.       Blair was employed for a Total of 11 years with Bornhorst + Ward being made Associate in 2011. With B+W Blair developed an excellent reputation for the management, coordination and delivery on all aspects of civil design. In his role Blair was responsible for all phases of design delivery from feasibility studies, concept and master planning phases through detail design, documentation, contract preparation/administration and construction for rural/urban land subdivisions, sporting facilities, commercial, retail and industrial complexes as well as major civil infrastructure including roads, carparks, stormwater, sewerage and water reticulation networks.
