While Blaine was a Credit Solutions Manager at Umpqua Bank he was a valued mentor and resource for me in my role as a Store Manager. Blaine's guidance and expertise in business and consumer lending were extremely helpful and helped lead to good outcomes for my clients, as were the tips and best practices he shared with me for business development. Blaine was very well respected at Umpqua Bank and was seen as a leader in the areas of culture and production. Blaine's humility and good nature also made him very well liked. We were sad to see him go but excited for him with his new role at Unitus CU.

      In 2014 I added a wood fired oven in my backyard, which started a curiosity about baking that has grown into a more serious hobby and side hustle. My little business (Nico's Tavolo, LLC): is focused on private parties (2-3 a year), paid marketing (I suppose I am an influencer), and product testing. I do all this in my spare time. It is a paid creative outlet that has taught me a lot about digital marketing, networking, and community. I’m very grateful for the awesome people I’ve met and the unique experiences I’ve had. My proudest accomplishment is raising nearly $25k for food insecurity in 2021. I led two nationwide events 2021 to fight food insecurity in America.
