  As the Director of Marketing and Recruitment, I am working with a team of industry professionals in Language Programs including ESL, English for Special Purposes (Business Language) University - College Pathways and Junior Winter / Summer ESL Camps. With our Career College, we offer multiple options with the School of Business, Hospitality and Tourism, and Informational Technology. We work with a large number of the most premiere agencies globally, and offer trustworthy and creative partnerships with business industry professionals in Canada and abroad. We were recognized this year as top three finalists for the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce Mid-Sized Business of the Year and Social Leader of the Year. I am proud of the work we do is making an impact in our local community. Finally, I am excited to be opening our second campus in Calgary Feb. 6, 2023. Our location is perfect, and this is going to be a premiere educational facility in Alberta.

  In this capacity, I continue to consult and work with a team of professionals and industry experts in both digital and traditional marketing initiatives. With an analytic driven web presence through search engine optimization, and social media to share the innovative education and approaches in all that we do at UNISUS International School. Working together in marketing and recruitment as a team, using current lead generation tools within Facebook and others, gain leads, nurturing and pursuing those through the funnel towards admissions at the school. UNISUS is currently one of the fastest growing schools in Western Canada with the inaugural Grade 12 IB Diploma Graduates after only 4 years due to the success of the educational programming, and our overall approaches to marketing and recruitment.

  After a long career in education, the need to develop an International students program for our school board became apparent. After developing procedures, policies, and marketing program, our international student numbers began to increase. We were able to build the program quickly, from the first year to over 35 full time students in 3 years, and many other short term programs. Focused on meeting and creating a community with all stakeholders, our growing team ensured the success for all parties from our domestic students, international students, families, admin, faculty, and agents.
