  Helped students to break down linguistic barriers preventing them from being successful academic learners. Taught students academic principles, how to improve critical thinking skills and raised students intercultural awareness. Helped students to assimilate into British culture and university. As lead tutor, I coordinated with co-tutors to ensure students needs were being met in accordance to the scheme of work set out by the university. Students were assessed at four-week intervals to provide them with areas for improvement for reading, writing, listening and speaking.
