Kalyani expertly filled and justified the role of Digital Marketing Intern at Evance Media. She is well organised, diligent and a fast learner. All these attributes were critical when trying to build content and strategies for clients, later expanded her role into managing the accounts for a while. She also diligently ensures that her KPI’s are updated and tracked, which helped me understand what went well and what did not. She is a focused person as well as analytical and can add to any team she is a part of. I am sure she will achieve great things in future and wish her best wishes for her future endeavours.

I have known Kalyani for several years now since her days in college and its very evident that she is curious, enthusiastic and constanstly aspires to rise up. She keeps in constant touch with her mentors and is open for feedback, discusses pros and cons, analyses and then decides the way forward. All of these are excellent characteristics of a budding young leader. She wants to learn, accomplish activities to perfection, explores possible avenues for improvement, demonstrated ability to communicate - all of these are vital for her career progression. I wish her very best in her future endeavours.

The Design Health Program is a patient-centred initiative that uncovers critical healthcare needs and brings together teams from diverse disciplines, including engineering, business, medicine, and more. As an immersive learning experience, teams actively identify, validate, and prioritize problems that will impact human health, collaborating to develop cost-effective and accessible solutions. In partnership with the School of Medicine and School of Nursing, members of each team gather data and insight into the clinical environment and use structured ethnography tools to identify unmet, underserved, and unarticulated needs. -Solid state fluorescence/luminescence experiments have come to prominence owing to their optoelectronic applications. A significant impediment in the exploration of its full-fledged potential emerges due to the reabsorption of emitted photons, otherwise known as the (secondary) inner filter effect. This obstacle is usually circumvented in solution phase by diluting the solution. In the solid phase, it can be circumvented by employing an optically transparent, non-interfering substance as the "dilutant". In our work, the model fluorophore, salophen was diluted using NaCl. By using this simple "dilution" technique it was shown how true fluorescence spectrum (i.e., free from secondary inner filter effect) of solid samples can be obtained. Show less
