This included coaching Product Managers and UX Designers in user-centricity and business acumen, respectively. I also created a program for building trust within the leadership team. H&M — Design Ops Specialist At H&M I was part of a four-person strong Design Ops team, supporting 130+ designers in three different time zones. My focus was on introducing a design process to help the designers create more business value in their teams and business units, while at the same time getting more influence and having more fun. I was also driving the work to create a modern progression model and the tools needed to make it usable. Voi — Head of User Experience During 6 months I led the product designers at Voi. I helped improve cross-functional work in the teams and the customer-facing leadership teams. Through design sprints, and earlier and more regular user feedback, I guided the organisation to be more hypothesis-driven. I also recruited two new designers to the team, initiated the switch from XD to Figma, and promoted a more robust UX writing process.
