Projects I lead included deliveries of Colibria's MSN Mobile (Windows Live Messenger), Own Community (IMPS) and Presence solutions. The customers were major operators in Europe (including Russia’s largest mobile operator), the Middle East, South Africa and Asia.In addition to being responsible for the project delivery from contract signing to support handover, I participated in bid teams answering RFx documents from potential customers.
