A large number of customers of Interfisc Group left the Dutch market due to the fact that they were unsuccessful in the Netherlands. My tasks included: - Researching what went/is going wrong at the customers - Comparing Interfisc Group to its competitors - Researching what other services Interfisc Group could offer in order to improve the success of its customers in the Netherlands. In the end I made a research report which included recommendations and a risk analysis. Interfisc Group will use this report in the coming years to try to improve the success of its customers in the Netherlands.

The employment agency was not up to date with the salary administration of one of the branches in 2017 and 2018. However, they had an audit coming up. My tasks included: - Comparing the salaries that have been paid to the employees and the salaries that should have been paid according to the software (Nocore). - Checking the hourly salaries and contracts of the employees.
