I started at Norther when the construction of the windfarm was taking off. Focusing in the first 14 months on the construction and commissioning of the Offshore Substation (OSS) and windfarm in general. In which I could support on my experience as Project Manager at Engie Fabricom in the erection of Substations. Once fully commissioned, I contributed to the transition from a construction to an operational powerplant/organization. Giving shape to a new operational department that managed and further reduced the risk profile of the project. As Operation Manager and Notified Person in Control of the Installation (NPI) I’m responsible for the day in day out technical performance of the windfarm. Ensuring that the environmental monitoring processes and compliance with regulatory and permit requirements are in place and fulfilled. I’m assisted in this task by the package teams and support in this role the General Manager with stakeholder’s management.
