Ligeledes har vi i produktionsleder gruppen, altid haft konstruktiv dialog med Bjarke. Bjarke har altid været klar og tydelig i sin dialog og samarbjede vedr. virksomhedens fremtidige strategier. Bjarke er meget vellidt blandt medarbejdere og undertegnede. For nu er vores veje skilte, men det vil være mig en fornøjelse at arbjde under Bjarke igen. I have had the pleasure of working with Bjarke following the acquisition of danlind by McBride. As the plant manager of Hammel, Bjarke was a key part of my Powders Operations Leadership Team and provided effective leadership of the plant through some key moments of change including it's acquisition and post-integration, and through the European Covid pandemic. His personal style is calm and collected, reflective and people-centred which has been key in delivering sustainable performance through his leadership teams.
