As the plant manager of Hammel, Bjarke was a key part of my Powders Operations Leadership Team and provided effective leadership of the plant through some key moments of change including it's acquisition and post-integration, and through the European Covid pandemic. His personal style is calm and collected, reflective and people-centred which has been key in delivering sustainable performance through his leadership teams.
