BJ is an individual that you want on your team. He is light hearted, cool under pressure and solved several problems in the short time I worked with him. They company he currently works for is very demanding and tries to be bleeding edge in technology, which does not intimidate him in the least. I still asked consulting advice on Citrix, VDI and Storage, because he knows his technologies better than anyone I've met. Although I have a customer that scaled Virtual Desktops to over 15,000, I wish I could have contracted him for a couple of months to really do things well.
