I have worked with Bjørn Erik for several years in PGS and I can only pay tribute to his high standard of work ethics and professionalism. Bjørn Erik engaged in multiple projects across the departments and often took initiatives to find solutions to improve the quality of work and the way of working together. Bjørn-Erik had the position as Log Keeper in the PGS Emergency Response Team. He was ALWAYS available and did an exceptional job in support of the Team Leader and the rest of the team members. He worked closely with myself in the support function of the Emergency Response Organization and improved our capability on several areas, particularly finding new solutions to organize and design the Crisis Management Tool (CIM). Bjørn Erik was always available, not only to take on additional work, but also for a general chat. He is considerate and thoughtful and will always do his best to make others feel better. That is why he also did a brilliant job as AKAN/Verneombud. I hope to have an opportunity to work with Bjørn Erik again in the future.

I have in my function as the HR Manager EAME & CIS in PGS Geophysical AS worked closely with Bjørn Erik both in AMU (Work Environment Committee) and the PGS Emergency Response Team. Bjørn Erik was elected as Safety Representative in January 2017. In addition he has also taken the role as the company’s AKAN representative. All mandatory training has been completed. Working with Bjørn Erik has been a pleasure. He is very committed and empathetic and has demonstrated a very high level of competence, initiative and understanding. In various situations he has supported AMU and Employees and contributed to get positive results in difficult situations such as redundancy processes.
