  I volunteered as after school educator and a reading tutor for students who struggled with reading and comprehension at the foundation. It was delightful partake in the Book on Wheels project in the public schools I volunteered. The reading activities impacted several students who could not articulate a word or sentence but eventually developed enthusiasm for reading and could independently read and comprehend passages.
