As Director of the Institute of Psychology - Ministry of Interior I managed all processes, people and resources to achieve our mission: "To provide the Ministry of Interior with reliable employees, using psycho-diagnostics and recruitment, psychological support and consultation for their professional work". I used coaching to empower my colleagues, to develop their competencies and to stimulate their activities. I developed good partnerships with government and non-government organizations as the Institute of Public Administration, Psychological Professional Bodies, Trade Unions, etc. While I managed the projects I had to coordinate all activities and relationships.
