  Worked as a Backend Engineer in the Platform team at Spinny which comprised of only 6 people managing the entirety of Micro-service architecture for all company wide operations. The key deliverables I had in my rather short stint at Spinnt were as follows - - Extracted three major micro-services from our monolith repository while taking end to end responsibilities of Design, Development and Deployment. SMS, Engagement and WhatsApp micro-services that I extracted acted as the common avenue of 90% of our consumer stories and consumer focussed communication channels. Worked on Python + Django along with gRPC tech stack whilst also using Jenkins and AWS for DevOps. - Developed a request distributor to help manage maintenance of cache across multiple Varnish instances and thus sorting out major Dynamic Cache Issues on our primary website. - Worked on a multi-step solution in order to fix storage and implementation problems with Open Tracing used for trace generation and logging across the company. A birds eye view of my time at Coding Blocks would be as follows - - Worked extensively and lead development on our Internal CSS framework and UI toolkit, Motley by introducing BEM nomenclature and ITCSS structure into the project. This enabled us to get rid of piles of legacy trump code turning into a maintenance and updation nightmare.
