Kent is awesome at his job as a supply chain and quality manager and practitioner of Lean Six Sigma. As soon as he joined C2Sense, he was hard work at reaching out to his contacts at contract manufacturers and parts suppliers to build out our company's supply chain infrastructure. Within a short period, he established a good working relationship with a contract manufacturer to help improve the design of a medical device for mass manufacturing and prepare to enter into mass production. He also showed his expertise in quality management by quickly being able to source and onboard ISO testing labs. Our company was struggling to find ISO test labs who could run tests on samples to meet our customer's benchmarks on a tight schedule. Kent was able to work his magic and find a ISO testing house and quickly onboard it with NDA's in place. He even established contacts with additional testing labs as a backup source. In addition to his day-to-day work as a global supply manager, you can tell that he deeply thought about company culture and product strategy. During our discussions outside of work, he was frequently thinking out loud about ways to improve the how things were done at C2 and what could be done to launch our first product faster. Kent will be a great addition to any fast growing company needing a skilled operator.
