Biniam was one of my favorite people to work with. He is a hard worker and he is easy to get along with. He pays attention to detail, takes a reasoned approach to problem solving and is always willing to partner with others and work as a team. If I had the chance to work with him again I would!

Biniam was my HR partner on the payroll in many years back and with his in depth knowledge the payroll migration to bring over Ethiopia payroll into Huawei Payroll Shared Service Centre went smooth. He is experienced, responsive and helpful on all kind of issue we have. He is a gem to the company and I am sure he will continue to be.
