  I have been practicing in DRT, DRAT, BIFR,AAIFR, CLB, NCLT, NCLAT, Consumer Forums and Delhi High Court and Hon'ble Supreme Court since 2007. I graduated in commerce from Delhi University in 2004. After that, I completed my LL.B from Mewar Law Institute in 2007, pursued post graduate diploma in IPR in 2009 and LL.M in 2012 both from Indian Law Institute. I have vast experience in Debts Recovery Laws and also in Bankruptcy Laws. I also have good experience in appearing before the courts/tribunal and arguing in the matters and also drafting of OAs, written statements, replication, SAs, reply to SAs, evidences, petitions under section 7 and 9 of IBC, 2016 and other miscellaneous applications therin, writ petitions, counter-affidavits, SLPs and Transfer Petitions, appeal under DMC Act etc. I am also doing a few of my independent cases as well. I have also drafted 13(2), 13(4), sale notices and FIRs relating to Banking matters for PNB, ARCIL, PNB Housing Finance Ltd. and Omkara ARC. I have also done internal audits in various financial institutions, title searches and due diligences relating to loans to be assigned to ARCs.
