Never has been a time when she failed to impress with her impeccable qualities of leadership and also trust in people with whom she worked. A level headed person who did a fabulous job during earthquake in Nepal where despite losing a close family member, she was at work to support her fellow colleagues and their families. Always a go to person as a friend and to learn how to stay committed to HR profession which needs balancing Organisational objectives with employee sensitivity.
