Support client review meetings, ensuring information provided is a correct and accurate record of the service delivered. Manage the production of monthly MI back to the client and analysing trends to help improve future service. Scrutinise and monitor all MI trends to ensure the business can flex its operating model in time to reflect changes in the market. Help to drive, encourage and engage staff through our social committee activities by assisting with the planning and delivery of key events within MDG. Engage and support our Nurse Network though monthly initiatives, help with the revalidation process and the production of the monthly nurse newsletter. Show less
