      Served as IT manager and principal developer to transition, maintain, and develop the National Performance Measurement (NPR) Website for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Served as principal architect and developer of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) Extranet Web application (including Provider Enrollment module) on AIR’s Technical Support for Opioid Treatment Accreditation and Certification project for SAMHSA. The OTP Extranet provides access to OTP users to create online exceptions and to OTP physicians to submit exception requests with their electronic signature in it. State methadone authority (SMA) users and SAMHSA public health advisors submit their decision online after receiving the request from OTP physicians, which significantly reduces the response time. Developed the application as highly secure, structured, scalable, and role-based in order to maintain OTPs and their personnel, certifications, accreditations, exemptions, regulatory actions, medication units, relocations, and mortality reports. Developed the Public Health Information System Catalog, an online catalog of software applications used by state and local public health agencies. Developed the Sharing Innovations in Quality an electronic library for resources for long-term care for CMS. Developed Website for Department of Defense through the TRICARE Management Activity to generate charts dynamically from the Dental Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems survey. Tivoli (TIVIS) Customer Complaint System Interface: Designed, developed, analyzed, and maintained the TIVIS Customer Complaint System Interface between the business/financial/marketing systems (mainframe) and Tivoli complaint system (client/server).
