"Partner" is a term that gets tossed around frequently in the IT world, but never have I worked so closely with a vendor as I did with Billy and CDW. Throughout our four-plus years of collaboration we relied on Billy heavily to provide expert guidance and source hardware, software and services on short notice with impeccable results. Billy served as a virtual extension of our IT organization, was intimately familiar with our priorities, initiatives and pain points and thoughtfully provided recommendations devoid of ulterior motives. We trusted Billy implicitly and were never disappointed with the results of this partnership.
