Billy was a phenomenal boss to work under. He guided me in the right direction, but at the same time allowed me to run with it as well as creatively problem solve. He helped shape my growth as a professional and as a human being. Billy instilled a great work-life balance in me that allowed me to be a better employee, because I had those boundaries. He also taught me how to be a leader that care well for their employees. I felt very appreciated in my role and I want to make sure I do that for people I am managing in the future.
