Billy was in his first career role when we met, but he showed business knowledge technical skills far beyond that.       I have taken on a lot of the OrgCharting responsibilities at Navigo, as I am the lead authority on the products we provide. My role involves a lot of interaction with our diverse client base. Often I can be found traveling Australia running onsite training courses for HR teams, or working along side their IT department to work on implementation with their existing Payroll/HRIS to get a visualization of the greater organisation. While I am in our office in sunny Ringwood I look after the technical support for our products and provide assistance with our Sales team answering technical question that are apart of their pre-sales discussions.
