I have been responsible for the data pipeline and all transformations to get the data in a manageable structure.

This involved remote troubleshooting of faults, maintenance of servers and building out reporting capabilities for the business.My work focusing on reporting and gaining an understanding of the systems used at Zero Latency lead me to a carer change at the company into the Data & Insights Analyst role.

I have been working on an early childhood learning aide to help those who have learning difficulties. Currently, I have been focused on creating a functional demo to prove our idea works and could benefit kids in understanding fundamental mathematical concepts. This will lead to a series of product tests that I will run and then work out the next steps for the product. I have taken on a lot of the OrgCharting responsibilities at Navigo, as I am the lead authority on the products we provide. My role involves a lot of interaction with our diverse client base. Often I can be found traveling Australia running onsite training courses for HR teams, or working along side their IT department to work on implementation with their existing Payroll/HRIS to get a visualization of the greater organisation. While I am in our office in sunny Ringwood I look after the technical support for our products and provide assistance with our Sales team answering technical question that are apart of their pre-sales discussions.
