I had the pleasure of meeting Billy in Ft. Hood while working with the OTC folks. We introduced them to our software and offered them hands on training on how the software worked. Billy brought his software to our hands-on development training and due to his expertise in his software as well as his ability to quickly learn a new API he was able to incorporate a solution in the matter of days. His hard work saved his program and company money and time and the solution is still in place 5 years later. Billy is a top notch developer and lead for his software team and I would definitely work with him in the future.
