      Following the collapse of a large sign onto the Tullamarine Freeway in 2019, this high profile project replaced the N03-15 gantry on CityLink, as well as rectifying and strengthening 25 other gantries between the Bolte Bridge and Tullamarine Airport. All work was delivered within a dense brownfield environment and intense live traffic.Responsibilities:As Project Manager I led entire operation from start to finish, including fabricating and installing the new gantry and strengthening the other gantries. The role required complex coordination to obtain approvals, including gaining permits and permissions from Rail Projects Victoria (RPV), Department of Transport (DoT), Essendon Airport and other major projects nearby. Key achievements:The N03-15 gantry was successfully installed in a short road closure window using cranes – with no overruns. Despite the safety risks presented by the project, the work was completed with 0 Lost Time Injuries. I also satisfied the quality, time, safety and scheduling requirements of all authorities and clients, including Transurban, the independent reviewers and verifiers, Major Transport Infrastructure Authority, VicRoads, DoT, Major Road Projects Victoria (MRPV) and RPV.
