  My main job was to advise customers on which product would be best for them. I have worked in many areas of the store such as televisions, laptops and tablets. This has helped me to expand my technical knowledge to more areas. Working here has also taught me how to best help customers who don’t understand technology very well and try to help them understand. I would say that the most valuable skill I have learned from working here is people skills as I will use these valuable skills throughout my life. While working here I have also helped out in other areas such as the technical support section of the store, this involves helping customers with problems that they have with their devices as well as setting up devices such as laptops and tablets for customers.
