Designed a comprehensive program that combined mentoring, coaching, and teaching for six children and adults based in Hanoi, Vietnam. The program catered to Vietnamese and South Korean customers, aiming to empower them to pursue education independently and transform their relationship with English and international experiences. The program was informed by previous experience mentoring youth in Dharamshala, India, and went beyond academic instruction. Tailored and developed seven unique English courses for 70 at-risk children across three northern Vietnamese provinces. These courses were carefully designed to provide the children with up-to-date information on opportunities, cultural experiences, and relevant media, enhancing their English language skills and broadening their horizons. Led the successful transition to fully remote operations at the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. As all schools were closed, I ensured uninterrupted access to education by implementing remote learning strategies and leveraging technological solutions. This transition allowed the at-risk children to continue their studies and maintain a sense of normalcy during challenging times, ensuring that education remained accessible and inclusive. Show less
