The main aspect of this job was as waiting staff over dinner restaurant service, however, the hotel regularly had wedding and other functions in which I had to work as a Bar Staff member as well as serve food for the function. Worked for 2 years in the Café section of the Marks and Spencer store. This job required me to work the till, having constant interaction with customers and working the exchange of money, also, how to make a range of coffee drinks and hot chocolates, developing the skill of latte art. The job also included heating different meals, including jacket potatoes, toasties and bloomers, these prepared with a side salad. The final aspect of the job was cleaning, both dish washing and clearing tables. Worked for 2 years in the Café section of the Marks and Spencer store.
