National Vehicle Distribution is Ireland’s largest new vehicle storage and distribution centre. My duties:2000: PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) working knowledge of the components of the vehicles and performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting2001: Promoted to Commercial Vehicle Fabrication department - new vehicles converted to commercial vehicles. Fabrication of one off vehicle floors that were used as a template for mass production. In the summer months I drove a five car transporter around Dublin city and the greater area. I also undertook the role of customer care representative by travelling around Ireland repairing minor problems in commercial vehicles they may have been missed on exit of the workshop.
