  Work closely with the Field teams of CUKK, SPKS and KKG for implementation of the TGOK Phase 2 and Improved Livelihoods Phase 3 Program on Palm Oil in West Kalimantan. Responsible for planning and implementation of the FFS and FSL trainings related to the two projects leading to ISPO and or RSPO Certification and in delivering on the agreed KPI’s Build and maintain seamless communication with the CUKK management and other multi-stakeholder partners on the ground (civil society, local and district governments, private sector, local and International NGOs) for ensuring project deliverables. Operationally responsible for the Sintang office and the Field staff of Solidaridad in West KalimantanUpdate Solidaridad office in Indonesia on program progress and advise on the impacts on the ground. Responsibility will also include facilitating baseline and end line /impact assessment studies Conduct Regular assessment of the training modules and undertake updation of the same to meet evolving technical, environmental , social and legislative requirements Partake in / conduct monthly operational review meetings and through calls as necessary. Constantly monitor field progress against target of the different partners of Solidaridad.Ensure all partners’ reporting requirements are met including timely submission of all partners’ reports
