He and I worked together a lot during my time at MGE Underground, as IT and HR had to work side-by-side to keep up with the company's growth. We hired Billy as an IT Services Support Tech with the intention he would be assisting our IT Manager with help desk support tasks and soon realized that he was capable of a lot more.
